How referrals pay
Two streams from each person you bring: one on purchases, one on usage.
Activate commissions.
Register once on-chain. Purchases by the people you refer are bound to you only after you activate, so do it before you share your link.
one transaction, once
Share your link.
Visitors are attributed to you for 30 days, first touch. Attribution locks in the first time they sign in with a wallet.
every wallet has its own code
Earn on what they buy.
A commission on their credit purchases is paid in USDC from the on-chain referral pool. If the pool is empty it accrues, and pays when the pool is topped up.
paid by the pool, not by the buyer
Earn on what they spend.
A share of the gateway fee on their requests is credited to you every hour as referral credits, which spend like any other credit.

Where the money comes from
Commissions are a cost of the protocol, not a markup on the people you refer.
- The referral pool
- Funded by the referrals share of the protocol token's trading fees, converted to USDC. Its balance is on this page and on the explorer.
- Who pays
- The pool, never the buyer. Someone you referred pays the same price for credits as anyone else.
- A hard ceiling
- The commission rate can be changed by the protocol's admin, but the program itself caps it at 20%.
- Usage earnings
- Taken from the gateway fee the protocol already charges, so they cost the person you referred nothing extra.
Referral credits are credits
They land in the same balance as everything else and are spent first, alongside developer credits. See them by source on the Credits page.
